Cathy Gundo

Hi, I’m Cathy Gundo! I’ve been in customer support for over 25 years, and I absolutely love helping others. Providing the best customer service possible is something I take great pride in, and I enjoy learning new systems and processes from my coworkers. I’m excited to dive deeper into the insurance industry, obtain my licensing, and continue supporting both our clients and internal team. 

I was born in Garden Grove, CA, but I grew up in San Jose and Cupertino before settling in Southern California. I earned my AA degree from West Valley College and have been happily married for 25 years. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—hiking and biking through Murrieta, San Diego, and Oceanside, always with my camera ready to capture nature’s beauty. Photography is one of my favorite creative outlets! 

Another passion of mine is cooking. I love trying new recipes and challenging myself with dishes I find online. But if there’s one thing I’m not great at, it’s dancing—seriously, I’m a terrible dancer! My go-to comfort movies are Moonstruck and Steel Magnolias—yes, I’m totally dating myself with those picks, but I love them!
