I was born in Payson, Utah, but I spent most of my childhood in Sunnyvale and San Jose, California. After graduating high school, I continued my education while playing collegiate baseball, first at San Jose City College and later at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.
Toward the end of 1996, I shifted my focus to serving the people of Guatemala through a service and proselyting mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Upon returning, I married my wife, Jennifer, in 1999. Together, we have been blessed with four beautiful daughters and have embraced professional opportunities that have taken us across Utah, Arizona, and California.
Over the course of my 25+ year professional career, I have achieved high levels of success as an individual contributor, in various sales team management roles, and as an executive leader. My passion lies in empowering my peers with the tools they need to succeed and supporting them in reaching their highest goals and ambitions.
