Olivia Hall

Hi, I’m Olivia Hall! I’m originally from Twin Falls, ID, where I grew up with a close-knit family who inspired me to value hard work, learning, and connection. My siblings have always been my role models, and my parents have supported me through every step of my journey.   

I’ve always been passionate about learning and pushing my limits. I graduated high school with an associate’s degree, and I’ve been fortunate to pursue my interests at Utah State University through the Huntsman Scholar Program and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience analyzing legislation during my internship with the Institute of Government and Politics and finding creative solutions with diverse teams at Consolidated Electrical Distributors. These experiences have prepared me to tackle challenges with confidence and adaptability.   

One of my proudest accomplishments is proposing "Finance Fridays," a community workshop on personal finance during my time as a Huntsman Scholar. Outside of academics, I competed at the state level in swimming and had the privilege of coaching young athletes—an experience that taught me the value of mentorship and perseverance.   

When I’m not working or studying, you can find me staying active through swimming, hiking, or spending time outdoors. I also love expressing myself through writing, diving into a good book, or experimenting with homemade sushi (one of my favorite foods to eat and create!).   

Above all, I’m driven by a passion for connecting with others and making a positive impact, whether through advocacy, mentoring, or simply lending a listening ear. Life’s challenges are opportunities for growth, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!
