Russ Cahoon

My name is Russell Cahoon, but everyone calls me Russ. I was born and raised in Utah, but spent many years in California. My wife and I have eight children and eight grandchildren, who are the joy of our lives. When I am not selling insurance, I am hanging out with my family. We love doing anything and everything together. Some of my favorite activities are camping, hunting, fishing, baseball, and watching and participating in sports activities. I also enjoy working with young people, having served as a leader in Scouting and coaching sports. We love the church and are very active members.

I was introduced to the insurance industry in 1984. At that time, I was also in school studying Business at Brigham Young University. However, I decided I loved it so much, that I began selling insurance fulltime, and I have been doing it ever since.

Over the past 30 plus years, the insurance business has been very fulfilling and personally rewarding. I have especially enjoyed spending my life’s work in an industry where I have gained so many dear friends, who also happen to be my business clients. I look forward to the future and am excited about the opportunities that may come my way.
