Jason Fifield is a dynamic and inspiring leader, driven by his passion for uplifting those around him. Growing up in the vibrant community of San Jose, California, Jason cultivated a deep love for both education and baseball. His dedication to the sport ultimately led him to play collegiate baseball at San Jose City College and Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.
In 1996, Jason took a life-changing step away from athletics to serve the people of Guatemala on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This experience shaped his outlook on service and leadership, values he continues to embody today. Upon returning, he married his best friend, Jennifer, in 1999, and together they’ve created a wonderful life, raising four incredible daughters while embracing career opportunities across Utah, Arizona, and California.
Jason lives life to the fullest, always seeking adventure and quality time with family. He’s an avid bass fisherman, golfer, and pickleball player, but his adventurous spirit doesn’t stop there. He has braved the waters of the San Francisco Bay, swimming from Alcatraz Island, faced the adrenaline rush of running with the bulls in Cave Creek, AZ, and conquered some of the most breathtaking peaks, including Mt. Rainier, Mt. Whitney, and Half Dome.
At his core, Jason is passionate about helping others succeed. Whether coaching a team, mentoring colleagues, or developing strategies for growth, he is dedicated to empowering those around him with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
Jason’s journey is a testament to hard work, resilience, and leadership. His energy and dedication inspire everyone he meets, and we are honored to have him on our team, guiding and motivating those around him every day!
