Meet Jennifer Williamson, a vibrant and adventurous soul who has been lighting up our workplace with her incredible stories and infectious energy for over 10 years. Jennifer and her husband Mark have been together for an impressive 38 years, and together they have three wonderful children. Their two daughters, Chelsea and Brittney reside in Texas, while their son, Drew has made his home in sunny California.
Growing up in Arizona and then raising her family in California, Jennifer knows that home is wherever her family is, so two years ago, Jennifer and her husband made the big move from California to Texas. While adjusting to one of Texas’s fastest-growing areas has been a transition, the opportunity to spend quality time with her daughters and their families has made it all worthwhile. One of the joys of Jennifer and Mark’s new Texan life is exploring the diverse food options. With a foodie son-in-law leading the way, Jennifer and her family have been on a quest to find authentic Mexican cuisine, reminiscent of what they enjoyed in San Diego, California. And she is happy to report that after much searching, they’ve finally found a spot that satisfies their cravings.
Jennifer’s life is filled with joyous and unforgettable moments. One such memory took place at her daughter Chelsea’s wedding in Loysville, Kentucky. The celebration took a delightful turn when Jennifer and her husband joined the newlyweds in a spontaneous plunge into the pool, wedding attire and all. With a water slide adding to the fun, it turned into a night of laughter and unforgettable memories.
The Williamson family is on the brink of another unforgettable moment and exciting new chapter as Jennifer’s son is set to welcome a little one in January, fulfilling Jennifer’s dream of becoming a grandmother. She can hardly contain her excitement as she eagerly anticipates the arrival of her first grandchild.
Jennifer loves to travel, and the summer of 2023 saw Jennifer and her family embark on a breathtaking adventure to Italy. Jennifer was captivated by the Tuscan hillside, the stunning architecture, and the country’s vibrant history. Venice, with its unique cityscape built on water, left her in awe. Especially, visiting St. Peter’s Cathedral and witnessing the rising waters was a highlight, as was indulging in the culinary delights of Italy, particularly the pistachio gelato, which Jennifer claims is the best she has ever tasted.
